Clear Order Cancellation Guidelines
This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed with Renewbul (operated by Renewbul Plastics) can be cancelled, either by the customer or by the company.
Legal Entity & Branding Clarification
- Renewbul is the brand and online storefront at renewbul.com.
- Renewbul Plastics is the legal entity responsible for processing, approving, or rejecting cancellation requests in accordance with this policy.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations – Standard Orders
- For standard, non-customized orders, you may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to feasibility.
- Once the order has been packed, handed over to the courier, or is in advanced processing, cancellation may not be possible.
- Where cancellation is accepted prior to dispatch, we may process a refund as per our Payment and Refund policies.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following are generally non-cancellable once the order is confirmed and payment is received:
Customised products
Special fabrication orders
Corporate orders
Bulk orders
Gift orders
These categories often involve made-to-order production, special materials, branding, or allocation of manufacturing capacity, and thus are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation.
International Orders
- For international orders, pre-approval and coordination are required before order confirmation.
- Once such orders are confirmed and processed for shipment, cancellation may be very limited or unavailable due to logistics and export constraints.
- Any cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by Renewbul
We reserve the right to cancel an order in part or full due to reasons including but not limited to:
Non-availability of product or raw materials
Errors in pricing or product information
Payment issues, suspected fraud, or failed verification
Incomplete or unverifiable shipping/billing information
Legal, regulatory, or logistical constraints
In such cases:
We will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Any amount received for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded, subject to the applicable payment method and timelines.
Refunds on Approved Cancellations
- For approved cancellations, refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment where possible.
- Refund processing times depend on internal approvals, payment gateway procedures, and bank timelines.
- Any non-recoverable transaction, processing, or convenience fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.
Modifications Instead of Cancellations
- In some cases, minor modifications (e.g., change of address before dispatch, change in quantity where feasible) may be allowed instead of cancellation.
- Such modifications are subject to stock, production status, and mutual confirmation.
Policy Amendments
Renewbul Plastics may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version available on renewbul.com at the time you place your order will be applicable to that order.
