Clear Returns, Replacement, and Refund Guidelines


This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which products sold by Renewbul (operated by Renewbul Plastics) may be returned, replaced, or refunded. By placing an order on renewbul.com or via our approved sales channels, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Legal Entity & Branding Clarification

  • Renewbul is the brand name and the website through which products are marketed and sold.

  • Renewbul Plastics is the legal manufacturer and seller responsible for invoicing and statutory compliance.

  • All returns, replacements, and refunds are processed by Renewbul Plastics in accordance with this policy.

General Return Window


  • Standard products purchased from renewbul.com may be eligible for return or replacement within 7 days from the date of successful delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy. 

  •  Returns are allowed only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. 

Non-Returnable Orders and Products


The following categories are not eligible for return or cancellation, except when the item is damaged or defective:

  • Customised products (including size, design, branding, or special fabrication)

  • Special orders made to customer specifications

  • Corporate orders

  • Bulk orders

  • Gift orders

For these categories:

  • Prepayment is mandatory.

  • Returns will generally not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or minor variations in colour/finish.

Condition of Returned Items


To be eligible for return or replacement (where permitted):

  • The product must be in substantially the same condition as received, without signs of improper use, abuse, or modification.

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and documentation should be included, wherever applicable.

  • Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, mishandling, or poor storage at customer premises is not covered.

Reporting Damage or Defects


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Inform us promptly, preferably within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing:

    • The outer packaging

    • The product damage or defect

    • The shipping label, if visible

  3. Share your order details, invoice number, and contact information via email or WhatsApp.

This information helps us assess the issue and coordinate with logistics partners or internal quality checks. 

Assessment and Approval


Once you report a damage, defect, or wrong item, our team will review the submitted evidence and may request additional information if necessary.

We reserve the right to decide whether a product qualifies for:

  • Replacement

  • Repair (if feasible)

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Our decision will be based on the nature of defect, usage condition, and compliance with this policy. 

Pickup and Return Logistics


  • If a return is approved, we may arrange pickup via our logistics partners or request you to ship the item back to a specified address, depending on location and feasibility.

  • In cases of genuine damage/defect attributed to manufacturing or transit, reasonable return shipping charges may be covered by us as per our assessment.

  • Where return is due to reasons not attributable to Renewbul Plastics (e.g., wrong address provided, refused delivery without valid reason), the customer may bear shipping and handling costs. 

Refunds and Replacement Processing


In eligible cases, we will first attempt to replace the defective or damaged product with the same or equivalent model (where available).

If replacement is not feasible (e.g., product discontinued, no stock), we may offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • A suitable alternative as mutually agreed.

Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider and banking channels. We will initiate approved refunds within a reasonable processing period after receiving and inspecting the returned item, where applicable. 

Exclusions and Limitations


Returns or refunds will not be processed for:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to screen display or natural material differences

  • Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to harsh conditions, unauthorised modifications, or third-party installation

  • Normal wear and tear through regular usage

  • Requests made beyond the defined return window, except as required under applicable law

Policy Amendments


Renewbul Plastics may revise this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be made available on renewbul.com and will apply to future orders placed after such changes.
